I’m Steve. I live in the West Midlands and have been working in the IT industry since 1996, starting out as a junior support tech working at a local council and somehow ending up as a backup specialist.
I’ve been car mad since I was a nipper and bought an MG BGT just before my 40th birthday as it’s a car I’ve always liked and was affordable, especially compared to some other cars that I like, and is simple enough that I can normally fix it when something goes wrong.
This site is hosted separately from my main home lab set up and the home lab posts are mainly meant as a reminder for me should I need to start from scratch again (although, knowing me if that happens I'd probably look for a different way anyway).
